After test failed I am looking into:

sphinx-contrib/sphinx-lint#120 (comment)

It seems this has been a issue in Spanish translations.

Found the issue, fixing it...

In summary, I modified c-api/iter.rst:33 due to multiple errors triggered after checking with pospell:

My error was that in the translation I added `` as a fix, attempting to mitigate the warning, which worked and broke sphinx-lint:

Todo en orden @davidspindola, aún hay problemas con las traducciones y los bloques de código, ojalá en algún momento tengamos una buena solución. Se va a producción! 🚀
